WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED, PLEASE USE EITHER OF THE FOLLOWING METHODS TO CONTACT US. OUR HOURS OF OPERATION ARE MONDAY THRU THURSDAY FROM 10AM TO 7:00PM, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FROM 10AM TO 6PM, AND SUNDAY FROM 12PM TO 4PM. ALL TIMES ARE PACIFIC STANDARD.
2. Return Policy
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED FOR ANY ITEM BEING SENT BACK FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE. ITEMS MUST BE IN SALEABLE CONDITION. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. PLEASE NOTIFY CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER.
3. Shipping
FREE FREIGHT is offered on purchases of $75.00 OR MORE within zip codes 90000 and 93599. Bulky/heavy items like paint and paper do not apply.
We bill for the ACTUAL FREIGHT COST, with a minimum of $6.00.
Shipments requiring a carton that EXCEEDS a length of 12.5" OR width 9.5" OR height of 1" are ESTMATED at the greater of 15% or $8.80 for western states, and the greater of 15% or $10.50 for middle and eastern states. Bulky/heavy items like paint and paper, may require additional charges.
IN THE EVENT THAT FREIGHT CHARGES WILL EXCEED THE ESTIMATES ABOVE, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED FOR YOUR APPROVAL.
Backordered items less that $10.00 or too large to fit in a USPS Flat Rate Envelope may be cancelled, in which case you will be notified.
4. Purchase Orders
WE ACCEPT PURCHASE ORDERS. IF KNOWN, THE PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER SHOULD BE PROVIDED ALONG WITH ANY OTHER NOTES AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT. ADDITIONALLY, A COPY OF THE APPROVED PURCHASE ORDER MUST BE FAXED TO US AT 818-349-1904 IN ORDER FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.
5. Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may be purchased in the following way.

Return to our Home Page, and click on GIFT CERTIFICATES in the red product menu on the left-hand side. The new page will offer a selection of gift certificates in different amounts. Purchase the one(s) in the amount(s) you desire. Once processed, you will be emailed an activation code in order to use the certificate(s). Each certificate will have its own code. This code should be given ONLY to the person you are buying the Gift Certificate FOR. When he or she wants to use the certificate, he or she just needs to provide the activation code.

If you are purchasing multiple Gift Certificates, please purchase them as individual items, and not as a combined total. For example, if you desire four Gift Certificates valued at $25 each, that is how they should be purchased, and NOT as one certificate valued at $100.
